Dear  Mr. President:

I have some ideas on the  ultimate and cost effective anti terrorist
 weapon:

-Construct a "Human Reality Map" (I am into Mathematics) which by my
definition always ends up failing.  And just find a way to make it
 fail sooner than planned.
 
Example: Through new innovations and technological inventions, such as
 non oil consuming energy devices for cars,  and other products that
consume oil.  Actually the possibilities are endless, it just depends
how good you are at making Human Reality Maps. That end up  failing sooner or later anyway. And with a little help they fail sooner than expected.

Cost Effectiveness: 1 billion dollars/ b-1 bomber * 100 b-1 bombers =
$100 billion dollars.  Which can be put into Social Security
Disability, or some other such program.

Consulting Fee: I feel it is my patriotic duty  to offer this
information for no charge.
